Our product is accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and we have never had a single BBB complaint. As of this point we have also never had any returns for failure to perform as we advertised. Instead, we have many examples of people using the products to solve a myriad of different odor and pet stain problems. On this page we will present a selected few of them.
Although we only guarantee our odor products for organic and pet odors and pet stains, our customers have not limited themselves from finding novel ways to successfully apply these products. Grandmother
Grandmother dies after living in the family home for 30 some years. She had numerous dogs and cats urinating and defecating throughout the house. The heirs tried to clean up the smell so they could sell the house. They took up the carpet and padding down to the bare wood floors. Nothing would eliminate the smell. They tried bleach and other agents but still the odor remained. After receiving one gallon of OdorOut-444 Concentrate, and applying in the prescribed fashion, the odors were gone and they sold the house.
Office Fire
An office/showroom facility was having some plumbing changed out. The propane torch malfunctioned and burnt the plumber's hand, fell to the floor and started a fire. The black smoke filled the 20' x 50' offices, showroom, and warehouse. After the Fire Department cleared the smoke filled facility, the residual smell was quite obvious.
